   THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TDS VENTURES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TDS VENTURES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TDS VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TDS VENTURES LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS.
9. Indemnification
   User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TDS Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
    TDS Ventures LLC may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Users may terminate their use of the Service by ceasing all API calls.
11. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state of Georgia.
